This Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available on the website www.inferra.in (“Website”), and forms an integral part thereof.

By purchasing and/or using the product, and by registering for warranty, the customer (“Customer”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by the terms set out herein.

WARRANTY COVERAGE AND PERIOD

The Company provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the product for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”), subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Policy.

This warranty is limited solely to defects arising from manufacturing faults and does not cover any other issues or conditions.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION

In order to avail warranty benefits, the Customer is required to register the product on the Website by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to name, contact details, purchase details, and proof of purchase (invoice).

Failure to register the product or to provide valid and verifiable proof of purchase may result in denial of warranty benefits at the sole discretion of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to verify all information and documents submitted by the Customer before processing any warranty claim.

SCOPE OF WARRANTY

This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of the Company, of the defective product or part thereof.

The Company does not provide calibration, servicing, or maintenance support and shall not be responsible for any performance deviation arising from lack of calibration, usage over time, or environmental conditions.

The Company may require the Customer to:
• Provide additional information or clarification;

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company’s obligations under this Policy are limited solely to repair or replacement as set out herein.
